Responsibilities- Respond to inquiries from German-speaking users via instant messaging, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
- Assist users with issues related to their social media accounts and provide guidance on platform functionalities.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through attentive and efficient service.
- Document conversations and solutions to build a comprehensive support resource.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in social media and company policies to offer accurate support.
- Contribute ideas for improving customer support processes and interactions.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or social media engagement is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage several conversations simultaneously.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and instant messaging applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude in challenging situations.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
