As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and safety of our social media platform. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and moderating user-generated content in German, ensuring that it complies with community standards, and promoting positive interactions among users. Your Responsibilities- Moderate and review user-generated content in German across our social media channels.
- Ensure compliance with community guidelines to foster a safe and welcoming online environment.
- Quickly identify and report inappropriate content or user behavior.
- Engage with the online community to promote positive discussions.
- Provide insights and feedback to enhance moderation strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and friendly atmosphere.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong interest in social media and community management.
- Prior experience in content moderation is an advantage but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, friendly demeanor.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team.
