Responsibilities- Assist German-speaking users through instant messaging channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to social media accounts.
- Provide accurate information and guidance on social media features and policies.
- Monitor and manage conversations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and solutions to maintain an organized support database.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues as needed.
- Stay updated on social media trends and company policies to provide relevant support.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in customer support or social media management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and instant messaging tools.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude when facing challenges.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
