Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP is pleased to announce an opening for a Danish Speaking Support Specialist for Social Media Instant Messaging, based in Athens, Greece This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about social media and customer service, as you will be assisting Danish-speaking users directly through instant messaging.

In this role, you will be the go-to support person for customers, responding to their inquiries and providing solutions related to social media platforms. If you are a skilled communicator with a commitment to enhancing user experiences, we would love to have you on our team

Responsibilities
  • Engage with Danish-speaking users via instant messaging, responding promptly to their inquiries.
  • Provide assistance with issues concerning social media accounts and platform functionalities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering effective and friendly support.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and solutions to build a supportive knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Stay informed on the latest social media trends and company guidelines.
  • Contribute insights for improving customer support processes and user interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support or social media engagement is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several conversations at once.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and instant messaging tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive demeanor in challenging situations.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
