Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer support to French-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to online content moderation, providing helpful and friendly solutions.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Work together with your team to achieve service goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay informed about best practices and service updates.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but a friendly attitude is what we value most
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
