We are currently looking for a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for Online Content Creators. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital content creation and customer service, and who enjoy assisting French-speaking clients in optimizing their online presence.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support to French-speaking clients regarding online content tools and services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about platform features, account management, and content optimization strategies.
- Resolve issues and complaints effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and provide timely follow-up on outstanding inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address complex customer needs.
- Educate clients on best practices for using online tools to improve their content visibility and engagement.
- Gather customer feedback to support product improvements and service enhancements.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the digital or content creation industry.
- Strong understanding of online content strategies and a passion for helping creators succeed.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in customer support software and standard office tools.
- Ability to solve problems independently and efficiently.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
