Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding online content and moderation queries.
- Assist users with their inquiries, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and enhance overall user satisfaction.
- Engage in continuous training to stay up-to-date with content moderation policies and trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or content moderation is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate and embrace a new cultural experience, with all relocation costs covered.
