We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for Online Content Creators. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the digital content industry and enjoy providing exceptional support to Spanish-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking content creators via phone, email, and chat regarding their inquiries and concerns.
- Assist customers with questions related to platform features, account management, and content monetization.
- Effectively resolve issues and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall user experience and address complex inquiries.
- Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and best practices to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Collect feedback and insights from customers to support product and service improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the online content or digital media sector is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- A good understanding of digital content platforms and services.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and standard office tools.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
