Responsibilities
  • Moderate user-generated content across various social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
  • Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and escalate inappropriate content or harmful user behavior.
  • Analyze user interactions to gather insights for enhancing community engagement.
  • Stay updated on brand guidelines to ensure consistent moderation practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to define and establish best practices for effective content moderation.
  • Provide feedback on content trends and user behavior to support ongoing improvement in community management.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of moderation practices.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Professionalism in handling sensitive issues and providing constructive feedback.
  • Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
