In this role, you will provide top-tier technical support to Slovenian-speaking customers, helping them navigate various IT-related inquiries and technical issues. Responsibilities- Provide high-quality technical support to Slovenian-speaking customers via remote channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the company's products and services efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately within the CRM system.
- Engage in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and support capabilities.
- Gather customer feedback to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training new team members as needed.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience in technical support or IT is advantageous but not a requirement.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to new systems.
- A team-oriented approach with a desire to help others.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece if desired and adapt to a new cultural setting.
