Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Slovenian-speaking clients across various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding electronic products, orders, and technical support.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and ensure thorough follow-up to guarantee satisfaction.
- Communicate product features and functionalities effectively to help customers make informed decisions.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records for future reference and service improvement.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with company products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, especially in the electronics or technology sector.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions.
- Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to learning about new products and technologies.
