This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to delivering exceptional service to German-speaking customers.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding electronics products, technical support, and warranty services.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system for quality assurance and follow-up.
- Stay informed about the latest product releases, features, and promotions to deliver knowledgeable assistance.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Promote a positive image of the company while engaging with customers and building lasting relationships.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or electronics industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while handling customer inquiries.
- Proficient in customer service tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A true passion for electronics and consumer technology.
