Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and chat channels in Italian.
- Assist customers with questions and concerns related to electronic products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Document interactions accurately and maintain records using the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the electronics or technology sector, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while meeting individual performance goals.
- Familiarity with digital customer service tools and CRM software is advantageous.
