This role is a perfect fit for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and dedicated to providing excellent customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding electronic products, including troubleshooting, usage guidance, and warranty issues.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and help enhance service offerings.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotional offers, and company policies to provide accurate assistance.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain a record of service requests.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the electronics or technology sector, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A passion for technology and eagerness to stay informed about the latest electronic products.
