Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients regarding inquiries about electronic products and services.
- Assist customers with product selections, order processing, and troubleshooting technical issues they may encounter.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product range and services to accurately inform customers.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer concerns and enhance the overall service experience.
- Engage with customers to build lasting relationships and foster brand loyalty.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment, particularly in the electronics or technology sector, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mentality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and effectively resolve customer issues.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude with a passion for technology and electronics.
