Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to German-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with questions regarding electronic products and services.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems.
- Collaborate closely with team members to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed about product updates and company policies to assist customers accurately.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the electronics or tech industry, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using digital tools and customer management software.
