Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with account setup, subscription management, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Offer information about available content, features, and promotional offers to enhance customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve streaming issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in streaming services and entertainment to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the entertainment or technology sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions under pressure.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A detail-oriented and organized approach to managing customer inquiries.
- A genuine enthusiasm for streaming services and digital content.
