Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat support.
- Assist customers with account setup, subscription inquiries, and troubleshooting streaming issues.
- Offer guidance on content, features, and promotions to enhance the user experience.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service quality.
- Stay updated on the latest streaming trends, shows, and platform features to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the entertainment or technology sector.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and handling customer concerns under pressure.
- Familiarity with customer service applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- A genuine interest in online streaming and entertainment is highly desirable.
