This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about digital entertainment and providing excellent support to Finnish-speaking customers.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Finnish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, content access, and subscription services.
- Provide troubleshooting support and resolve technical issues related to streaming services.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a clear understanding of services and promotional offers.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for service improvement purposes.
- Stay updated on the latest content offerings and platform features to assist clients effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in digital entertainment or technology.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot customer inquiries efficiently.
- Familiarity with online streaming services and digital media is a plus.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
