This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about travel and customer service, looking to support Finnish-speaking clients in creating memorable travel experiences.
Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch customer service to Finnish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with travel inquiries, online bookings, and itinerary modifications.
- Provide detailed information about travel destinations, accommodations, and travel packages.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, aiming for optimal resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in travel and the company's offerings to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions and inquiries in the customer service database.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the travel or tourism sector, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with online booking systems and customer service tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for travel and helping customers create exceptional itineraries.
