This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and providing exceptional service to Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them in creating memorable travel experiences.
Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with travel bookings, inquiries, and modifications, ensuring all needs are met efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about travel options, destinations, and promotional offers.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
- Work closely with travel partners to ensure smooth and seamless customer experiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends, travel policies, and the company's product offerings to provide accurate assistance.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly to aid in service quality improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work well under pressure, handle complaints, and resolve issues effectively.
- Familiarity with online booking systems and customer service software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
