Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat communications in Dutch.
- Assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, changes, and cancellations.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Provide information about travel destinations, itineraries, and services offered.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about current travel trends and company offerings to assist customers accurately.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially within the travel industry, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Interest in travel and knowledge of popular destinations is advantageous.
- Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management software.
