Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with their travel inquiries, bookings, and changes to reservations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of travel products and services to offer accurate information.
- Document customer interactions in the company's CRM system for quality and training purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about the latest industry trends and service updates.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer service processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; English proficiency is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel industry, is a plus.
