Responsibilities- Engage with German-speaking clients to assess their travel needs and preferences.
- Offer tailored recommendations on travel destinations, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Facilitate the booking of flights, hotels, and excursions to create customized travel packages.
- Provide proactive assistance and resolve any travel-related issues that arise.
- Keep informed about the latest travel trends, industry news, and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members through virtual platforms to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and travel arrangements.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in a travel agency or customer service role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong interest in travel.
- Ability to thrive in a remote working environment and manage multiple clients effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills in handling travel bookings.
- Proficient with computer systems, booking software, and online communication tools.
- Must be based in Greece and have a quiet workspace for remote work.
