Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Online Travel & Tour Packages Department. In this key position, you will provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to travel and tour packages. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing their overall travel experience. If you are fluent in German and have a passion for travel, this could be the perfect role for you
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers in understanding and booking travel and tour packages tailored to their preferences.
- Resolve any inquiries and issues related to bookings, cancellations, and travel itineraries effectively.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system for continuity and follow-up.
- Collaborate with travel coordinators and other teams to ensure customers receive the best possible service.
- Stay updated on travel options, trends, and promotional offerings to provide valuable insights to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
- Experience in customer service roles, particularly in the travel or tourism sector, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
