Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and problem resolution efficiently.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed service goals.
- Engage in training sessions to expand your knowledge of travel products and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong passion for travel and customer service.
- Experience in customer service or the travel industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens and embrace a new cultural environment.
