Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat channels to German-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to travel bookings, itineraries, and company services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Educate customers on travel options and make bookings to enhance their experience.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on travel regulations, promotions, and company offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and procedures is a plus.
- Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management software.
