Responsibilities- Provide top-tier customer support to German-speaking clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and modifications, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable booking experience.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Stay updated on travel trends, policies, and offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Document customer interactions and feedback within the company's CRM system for effective record-keeping.
- Collaborate with a team to enhance service quality and share best practices for customer engagement.
- Engage in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and service delivery skills.
Requirements
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a passion for the travel industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms is preferred.
