Responsibilities- Engage with German-speaking clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and excursions to create a personalized experience.
- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues that arise before, during, and after travel.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, regulations, and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in travel agency or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for travel and helping others.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in booking processes.
- Proficient in using computer systems and booking software.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens and embrace the local culture.
