In this position, you will assist German-speaking customers with their inquiries regarding travel packages, reservations, and other travel-related services. Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in booking travel packages and addressing any inquiries or issues.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental performance goals.
- Participate in training to stay informed about travel products and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong passion for travel and customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or travel industry is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing within a vibrant team.
