This role offers a unique chance to support German-speaking customers in navigating their travel experiences, providing exceptional service in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, providing outstanding service via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary modifications, and address general inquiries about travel services.
- Guide customers through the booking process, ensuring they receive comprehensive information and support.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, packages, and company offerings.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and service improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the travel or tourism industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues promptly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in customer service software and technology platforms.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
