Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative within the Online Travel & Tour Packages Department. This position will allow you to assist German-speaking clients in planning their dream vacations and provide first-class support within the travel industry.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients regarding travel and tour packages via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in selecting and booking travel packages that meet their preferences and needs.
- Provide detailed information about travel itineraries, accommodations, and inclusions to enhance customer experience.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stay informed about current travel trends, promotions, and company offerings to provide accurate advice.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure a smooth booking process and address any issues that may arise.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records for service improvement purposes.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or tourism sector, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with online booking systems and customer service software.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- A passion for travel and helping customers create memorable experiences.
