Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for Dutch speakers to join our Online Travel & Tour Packages Department as Customer Service Representatives If you have a passion for travel and love helping people plan their dream vacations, this role is a perfect fit. You will provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to travel packages and ensuring they have a memorable experience. Your Responsibilities- Assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries related to travel and tour packages via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide detailed information about destinations, packages, and promotions to help customers make informed decisions.
- Resolve any issues or concerns they may have quickly and professionally.
- Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and uphold service standards.
- Engage in continuous training to keep up-to-date with travel trends and company offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong passion for travel and tourism.
- Experience in customer service is highly advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with a problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoy working as part of a team that shares a common goal of delivering excellent service
