This position is perfect for individuals who have a passion for travel and are eager to assist Spanish-speaking customers in planning their dream vacations.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to travel packages, bookings, and itinerary changes.
- Guide clients in selecting the best tour packages by providing detailed information about destinations, accommodations, and activities.
- Handle customer complaints and requests efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to facilitate seamless travel experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, promotions, and product offerings to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or tourism industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple inquiries.
- Familiarity with online booking systems and travel software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for travel and helping customers create memorable experiences.
