Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative within the Online Travel & Tour Packages Department. This position allows you to engage with Spanish-speaking clients and assist them in planning their dream vacations while working with a dynamic and motivated team.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to travel and tour package options, ensuring they receive accurate and comprehensive information.
- Manage customer bookings, provide updates on itineraries, and offer recommendations based on client preferences.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving for quick and effective resolution.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's travel offerings, promotions, and policies.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with online booking systems and customer service software.
- A passion for travel and helping customers create memorable experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
