Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with their travel inquiries, bookings, and modifications in a timely manner.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of travel products, services, and destinations offered by the company.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the travel team to ensure a seamless customer experience and implement best practices.
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about new offers, products, and travel policies.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery and product offerings.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centered approach.
- Strong ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel industry, is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms.
- Passion for travel and eagerness to help customers plan their perfect trips.
