Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat, specifically for Spanish-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and travel insurance.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Guide customers in selecting travel packages and services tailored to their preferences.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Stay updated on travel regulations and industry trends to provide sound advice and information.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel industry, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and processes is an advantage.
- Proficient in using digital communication platforms and CRM software.
