This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education and technology, and who want to support Spanish-speaking users in navigating the world of online learning.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries related to online courses and educational technology.
- Assist users with account setup, course registration, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Guide customers in utilizing the platform effectively to enhance their online learning experience.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner, aiming to resolve issues swiftly.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex inquiries, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest offerings, features, and updates in the online learning and EdTech space.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, supportive guidance to users.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A genuine passion for education and technology, with a desire to help others succeed in their learning journey.
