This role offers the chance to support and engage with Spanish-speaking users, helping them navigate and maximize their experience with innovative educational technologies.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to online learning platforms and educational resources.
- Assist users with account setup, content navigation, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Promote new features and resources to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the seamless onboarding of new users.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to provide the best support possible.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within the education or EdTech sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and guide users effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
