Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to present an opportunity for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Online Learning & Ed-Tech Department If you are passionate about education and technology and take pride in delivering excellent customer support, this role is designed for you. In this position, you will assist Spanish-speaking clients with their inquiries, offering guidance and support related to our innovative online learning platforms. Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with technical questions, inquiries, and feedback regarding online educational products.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all interactions with customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions to improve service quality.
- Collaborate effectively with the education team to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about product changes and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated.
- A strong interest in online education and technology.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
