Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Online Learning & EdTech Department. In this impactful role, you will provide outstanding support to Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to online courses, educational platforms, and technical issues. Your passion for education and commitment to customer satisfaction will be key in fostering a positive learning experience for our clients. Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding online courses, platform navigation, and technical support.
- Provide clear and informative responses to customer questions about educational offerings and features.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective support management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Stay informed about new educational resources and features to enhance customer support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the education or technology sector, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and technology applications.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
