Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support representative to join our client's Online Auction & Bidding Platform Department. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers, helping them navigate the platform and ensure a seamless experience. If you are fluent in Dutch and passionate about providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Assist users with inquiries related to the online auction and bidding processes.
- Resolve issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on how to effectively use the bidding platform and its features.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer experience and platform engagement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn about online auction systems and processes.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Experience with customer support tools and software is a plus.
