Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to online auction processes, bidding, and platform features.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated with platform changes and industry trends.
Requirements
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong enthusiasm for customer service and a passion for online auctions.
- Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, showcasing strong organizational skills.
