Your Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to the online auction and bidding platform, offering guidance and solutions.
- Record and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in continuous training to stay informed about platform updates and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is a requirement for this role. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support, particularly in e-commerce or online platforms, is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive team player with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving customer needs.
