In this engaging position, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries related to our online auction and bidding platform, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking users through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about auction processes, bidding strategies, and account issues.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of auction mechanics and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential. Please state your nationality and native language in your application.
- A strong interest in online commerce and auction platforms.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude towards helping customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
