Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and issues in a prompt manner.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to team objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay current with products and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A genuine passion for customer service and a customer-centric mindset.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
