Dutch Speaking Customer Support for Online Bookstore Department

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support representative within the Online Bookstore Department. This role is perfect for individuals who love literature and are looking to provide excellent customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing recommendations, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support through phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to book orders, recommendations, and account management.
- Proactively resolve customer complaints and issues with effective solutions.
- Guide customers in navigating the online bookstore and offer personalized recommendations.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance product knowledge and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
- Passion for books and literature is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- A friendly and positive attitude, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Familiarity with online customer service tools and platforms is a plus.
