We are currently seeking a Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Online Bookstore Department. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for literature and enjoy helping customers find the perfect books.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Flemish-speaking clients regarding inquiries related to the online bookstore through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with questions regarding book availability, order status, and shipping details.
- Handle customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure that clients receive accurate information about products.
- Promote new titles, authors, and special promotions to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Gather customer feedback to support the continued improvement of services and offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within an online retail or bookstore environment.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software and standard office tools.
- Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
