We are currently looking for a Czech Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Online Bookstore Department. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about literature and customer service and want to assist Czech-speaking customers with their online book purchasing experience.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Czech-speaking clients regarding online bookstore inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with questions about book availability, order status, payments, and return policies.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information and improve service quality.
- Stay updated on new releases, promotions, and special events within the online bookstore.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to help enhance services and product offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail environments.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with customer support software and standard office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
