In this engaging position, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries related to our extensive range of books and online services. Help book lovers find their next great read while ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding book selections, orders, and online bookstore services.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with new book releases and platform improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
- A genuine passion for books and literature.
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
